Period

You have 100 days from delivery to return your Suava Brush, whether it has been opened and used or not. See the details on the Guarantee page.

How to start a return

Write to hola@suavelia.com with your order number and the reason (optional). We will send you the instructions and the return address.

Refund

As soon as we receive your return, we will issue a full refund to the same payment method. Your bank may take a few days to reflect it.
